PVC cable trays are lightweight, non-conductive, corrosion-resistant systems designed for safe and efficient routing of electrical and data cables in various environments. Material PropertiesPVC cable trays are made from polyvinyl chloride, which makes them non-conductive, non-corrosive, and impact-resistant. They are suitable for environments where metal trays may corrode or conduct electricity, such as high-humidity areas, chemical plants, mining operations, and shorefront installations.

PV

C trays are also UV-resistant, making them suitable for outdoor applications, including solar/PV installations. They are lightweight, easy to cut, perforate, and join, which simplifies installation and reduces potential damage to cables. ApplicationsPVC cable trays are ideal for: Wet or humid environments where corrosion is a concernChemical or aggressive atmospheresOutdoor installations exposed to UV radiation or salt sprayUnderground or mining operations where non-conductive solutions are requiredSolar/PV installations requiring lightweight, durable cable management Sizes and ConfigurationsPVC cable trays are available in various widths, typically ranging from 100 mm to 400 mm, and come with pre-drilled fixing holes for quick installation.

Adjustable couplers allow orientation changes (up, down, left, or right) to suit installation needs. They can be mounted on walls, ceilings, or suspended from structures.

Installation Guidelines
