Types and Materials

Plastic Distribution Boxes: Made of flame-resistant ABS plastic, commonly used in residential and commercial applications. Examples include MB-ABC, MB-AF, MB-AS, and MB-LF series.

A, HK, LGD Series: Length 100–415 mm, Width 105–323 mm, Height 75–140 mm. Industrial Polyethylene Boxes: Dimensions vary with riser height; standard risers provide at-grade access and can be adjusted for increased head installations.

P Series (TOP-TS, TOP-TF, etc.): Dimensions and mounting sizes vary by number of ways, from 1-way to 36-ways.

Mounting and Installation

Flush Mounting: Fixed inside walls for a clean appearance. Surface Mounting: Hung on wall surfaces, suitable for industrial or exposed locations. Risers and Seals: Polyethylene boxes may include risers with anti-flotation adapters and twist-lock seals for gas or watertight installations.

Features and Standards

Protection: Flame-proof, impulse-proof, and excellent insulation for plastic boxes. Compliance: Many boxes conform to standards such as BS EN60439-3 and JB/T7121-93. Accessories: Include neutral and earth copper bars, guide rails, covers, and optional stainless steel screws for tamper prevention.

Cable Management: Standard cable lengths and inlet/outlet elevations are designed for equal distribution and code compliance.
